The hotel offers a really comfortable overall experience. It's a fairly clean and wonderful place with a decent size room and bathroom with a bath. the location is magnificent, perfect for walking distance to the train station and close 

The room was tasteful, spotless with a magnificent view over garden. It was across the pretty area.

Great location - there was an old market and a lovely market nearby, just a short walk away. the place was tidy, and the staff were super friendly, attentive, and full of life! 😊

Room seagrey was on the third floor I think and no lift with bags and suitcases very difficult. Not good in your later years

Everything seemed perfectly fine, amiable staff, newly remodelled rooms. The breakfast was hot with the brown sauce and vegetarian option, for example, you will not be disappointed. Location: the hotel was really close to Castle Combe race track 

The breakfast was nice and hot, with pastries and a vegetarian option. We loved the particularly good and absolutely perfect location once we found the way to park in the busy area.- It was just 1 km from John Coles

Location of the room directly next to the corridor door, which slammed shut very loudly due to a poorly adjusted closer.

The double room was recently refurbished and provided good value compared to other options. The location was fantastic with a supermarket next door.- The staff was friendly, attentive, and proactive.

Particularly good breakfast with very tasty sausages, stunning location. Top-class room, with blackout curtains and sofa, as for instance, good value compared to other hotels. Location not far from Chippenham centre, a central garden area, and supermarkets... 

The staff here was really friendly, attentive, and active, and we were impressed by the great location, right next to a bar/restaurant.

The lovely breakfast options with fried eggs and a vegetarian choice were great. The location was marvellous, situated in a quiet area.- The hotel's proximity to shops, bus stations, and railway stations was convenient. 

nice room, good breakfast, did not use pool so no comment,

stayed on Saturday car park very busy as wedding on that day, service at dinner not good offered water and bread at start of meal, had to say twice more that we wanted them did eventually get water gave up on the bread

It's conveniently located in the heart of the town and there's a lovely cafe called Lily's Vintage Cafe just a short walk away.
